LUME Boutique Hotel, Neckarstraße 7-13, Bahnhofsviertel, 60329 Frankfurt, Germany

Even though Frankfurt is known as the financial centre of Germany, the city is so much more than bankers and briefcases. The beautiful old town is a labyrinth of colourful fairytale-esque buildings, perhaps best exemplified by the Römer CIty Hall, the Römberg and St Nicholas’ Church. The streets are also filled with cafés, bars, boutique shops and museums.

Sometimes referred to as Mainhatten, because of the skyscraper skyline along the river Main, the city even holds its own skyscraper festival. The Main Tower has a 200-metre high observation platform from where you are afford sprawling views of the entrie city and beyond.
