Alpine hotspot Ischgl lies in the Paznaun Valley in the westernmost corner of Tyrol and shares this undulating panorama with two other famed ski resorts - Galtür and Kappl. Whichever season you choose to visit, you're handily situated on the town's front row and able to ski, bike or hike straight off from Hotel Fliana's front door. Ischgl town centre is a three-minute walk away through the Dorftunnel.

Hikers traverse floral mountain meadows and have over 300 kilometres of marked trails of differing abilities and altitude levels, perhaps reaching a mountain lake as a triumphant finish.
