- Full cash refund applies to new vouchers purchased on or after the 8th June 2020 only
- Vouchers purchased before the 8th June will qualify for 100% refund in credit only
- If you personally become unwell with COVID-19, you can either rearrange the date of your stay with the hotel directly or apply for our normal credit refund
