Good to know

Please note that the kids pool, tennis and padel courts and the jogging track are currently unavailable due to waterpark construction. The water park will open in November 2025.

Please note that the hotel encourages guests to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to any appointments made for optional treatments, in order to take full advantage of the locker room, sauna and steam room facilities. Please make sure to bring your swimwear to take advantage of the hydrotherapy amenities, per UAE regulations. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened in order to accommodate for the therapist's next session.
